The data collected and processed about you in the web portal includes in particular the following data categories:

Name and comment of the person who performed the correction cycle in the order in question
In addition, the web portal processes order-related data that has no personal reference.
5. purposes of processing, legal basis
We process the aforementioned data primarily for the purpose of fulfilling the contracts concluded with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Furthermore, we also process your personal data for legitimate purposes pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. In this case, our legitimate interests include the optimization of our processes and the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.

6. Recipients of data
We only pass on your personal data to service companies that support us in fulfilling the aforementioned purposes. These companies may only use your personal data as so-called order processors to perform their tasks on our behalf and are obliged to comply with the relevant data protection provisions.

Your data will be processed exclusively in countries of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

8. duration of storage and deletion of your data
We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. After the termination of our cooperation, the data will be stored as long as we are legally obligated to do so. This regularly results from legal obligations to provide proof and to retain data, which are regulated, among other things, in the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Fiscal Code (AO). The storage periods can be up to ten years. In addition, personal data may be stored for the period during which warranty and other claims can be asserted against us.

If, exceptionally, we use automated individual case decisions – including profiling – we are required by law to take precautions so that you can influence the decision.
