Therefore, we, Carl Kind junior GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “company”), process the personal data of our customers in the web portal webportal.teamkind.de (hereinafter referred to as “web portal”) in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data and data security.

5. purposes of processing, legal basis
We process the aforementioned data primarily for the purpose of fulfilling the contracts concluded with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Furthermore, we also process your personal data for legitimate purposes pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. In this case, our legitimate interests include the optimization of our processes and the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.

6. Recipients of data
We only pass on your personal data to service companies that support us in fulfilling the aforementioned purposes. These companies may only use your personal data as so-called order processors to perform their tasks on our behalf and are obliged to comply with the relevant data protection provisions.

Your data will be processed exclusively in countries of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

8. duration of storage and deletion of your data
We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. After the termination of our cooperation, the data will be stored as long as we are legally obligated to do so.
